Denise Sgro Posey is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. CCMT is an accredited school with a renowned program for Massage Therapy from which Denise graduated with top honors. CCMT requirements include Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology, Kinesiology, Acupressure, as well as over 700 hours of hands-on massage experience.

Denise is licensed by the State of Connecticut, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She continually strives to learn new and exciting massage techniques, and has completed advanced coursework in Hot Stone Massage, Functional Stretching, and CranioSacral Therapy Level I through the Upledger Institute.
